Kerstin Schwarz

Kerstin Schwarz is a recognized expert in evaluation and process optimization, possessing extensive expertise in the fields of health, social affairs, education, and the public sector. Her focus lies on the systematic analysis and participatory design of interventions to ensure their effectiveness and sustainability. Through her evidence‐based expertise, she supports decision-makers with well-founded recommendations. Kerstin Schwarz is co-leader of the Working Group on Health at DeGEval and of the KI Working Group at SEVAL. She also holds teaching assignments at Universität des Saarlandes in the MEval2 continuing education program. Previously, she worked at KPMG Healthcare & Government in Zurich and at POLYPOINT AG. In addition, she has several years of experience in the clinical sector, including in the management of Klinikum Saarbrücken gGmbH. Kerstin Schwarz is the founder and CEO of FMSystO GmbH in Switzerland.
